Per capita, consumption of meat has quadrupled in China over the last 30 years. This ten minute video is rich with scenes depicting the changing food scene in the nation with the world’s largest population. Increasingly, Chinese consumers are concerned about food safety and a movement is underway to see improvements even though cost of food is an important factor.
